Dr. Daryl Yost is a native of southwestern Ohio. He has given his life to education as a teacher, building administrator and superintendent near Fort Wayne, Indiana and eventually became Vice-President/Provost of Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. As a recipient of the highest honor given to a citizen of Indiana, the Sagamore of the Wabash award, he was appointed by 2 different governors of Indiana to sit on the Commission on Judicial Appointments and Indiana’s State Ethics Commission throughout the past 15 years. Although retired, Daryl is still very active in the community of Fort Wayne, with his wife Kay and his entire family.

Ciaran started his career at PWC and came to United States with his client, Kerrygold. He transitioned into technology as CFO of Mortgage Cadence, where he guided its growth path and successful exit. He has been CEO of multiple technology companies and also, along with being co-founder of sportsedtv.com, is also CFO of Inspiration Academy which is an innovative school for the delivery of education through mentorship in Bradenton, Florida.

Lee Wood is the Founder and initial catalyst of 1Body Church, as well as a missionary and Apostolic leader with a world vision to launch disciple-multiplying movements until the whole world knows Jesus. He leads and mentors key leaders in launching small house churches to spread the Gospel, starting in the smallest expression in his home in Tampa and eventually across the whole world. This aligns with his philosophy of "dream big, work small". Lee is married to Stacy, is the father of five and grandfather of five.

As a former Investment Banker on Wall Street, Legislative Aid to a U.S. Congressman on Capitol Hill, MBA from the University of Chicago and 15 years as a Management Consultant to Fortune 500 companies, Jim was in the midst of a solid business career. He searched for volunteer opportunities with local churches and Christian charities but struggled to find something that would take advantage of the skills he had to offer.After seven years of design, development, piloting and testing, Meet the Need is the realization of that vision, providing a unique and innovative way to leverage leading-edge business technology to enable churches, ministries and individuals to reach out to those in need in their local communities or anywhere in the world!

Pastor Kelvin Lumpkin was only 25 years old and newly promoted to the position of nursing home administrator at the J.H. Floyd Sunshine Manor Skilled Nursing Facility in Sarasota when he felt a call to start the Abundant Life Christian Center (ALCC) in Sarasota. ALCC was formed in 1999 with just 11 members. In 2010, ALCC merged with Bethesda Word of Faith Church and became Light of the World International Church. In addition to his duties as Senior Pastor of LOTW, Pastor Lumpkin is also very involved in the local community. He currently serves as President of FOCUS Ministerial Alliance and is a board member of the Suncoast Communities Blood Bank and The Suncoast Partnership to End Homelessness.

Ford Taylor is a leadership solutions trainer, strategist and speaker. From mom and pop businesses that became multimillion dollar businesses, Ford has learned many lessons and tested just as many tools as he shares with every single person he meets. With a primary emphasis on the people that serve an organization while simultaneously maintaining a clear focus of the business or organization itself, Ford shares straight-forward practical solutions through authentic leadership training and individualized leadership consulting.

Jeff Kemp quarterbacked in the NFL from 1981 to 1992. He and his father, Jack Kemp (the former Vice-Presidential candidate and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development), were the first of only six sets of father/son NFL quarterbacks. As he speaks and trains throughout the United States, Jeff passes on dynamic lessons learned during eleven years in the world of professional athletics. Persevering through the highs and lows of pro football gave him a valuable perspective on teams, leadership and life.

Jim Corbett, as the founder and partner of Focus on Success, has been successfully providing financial advice and superior insurance services since 1988. He holds a Master’s degree in financial services, is a Chartered Financial Consultant®, and is a Chartered Life Under writer. Also, as the starting tight end for the Pittsburgh Panthers National Championship team in 1976 and NFL tight end for the Cincinnati Bengals, Jim has an amazing story that you will not want to miss.

As the local Chairman of the Board of C-12 in our region, he is on the “heartbeat” of the local small business owners and being a valuable voice in the lives of the owners and leaders of these companies.
